Klubb Kaprifol

Klubb Kaprifol is an underground techno collective I co-founded in Stockholm in 2024. Starting as intimate basement rave in Gamla Stan, we evolved into curated popup events while maintaining our livingroom-party warmth. I've been building the portable visual ecosystem (installations, projections, identity) that makes Kaprifol feel like Kaprifol, no matter the venue.

How Klubb Kaprifol came to be :)

Me and 8 other friends got together and started throwing mini raves in a restaurant basement in Gamla Stan, small intimate nights that felt more like vibing to a boiler room set in someone's livingroom than going to a club. The collective is collaborative, each of us bringing different skills, and visual coherence has been my focus. We've always prioritized local DJs, smaller and bigger names known for putting people in that techno trance state. The curated music selection is what people love. As word spread, we kept having club nights and later evolved into popup events at venues like Trädgården. Kaprifol became a creative laboratory for me. The basement was where I first projected looping visuals. That visual language kept developing through the Rave TV and projections, some of it eventually evolving into the live Camgirl installation at Borderland.
