I needed a break from digital crafting, so I picked up knitting. I made my first halsduk that was ugly in one end and pretty in the other. This made me wanna make one of these linkedin posts about insights and blablabla.

I needed a break from digital crafting, so I picked up knitting.

The mistakes are important

As i see my mistakes in my first knitted scard, I also see the JoUrNeY. The misakes was important stepping stone for me to even make the rest of the scarf. Inevitable. No mistakes, no trying, and you have nothing at all instead. But now I look at this poor but kinda cute scarf and see all my ugly UX project, how they laid foundation for my next projects to be even better. All the bad design decisions, like that one time when I used the brand color EVERYWHERE, overwhelming the whole theme, rather than as an accent. And so on.

Imma finish this article soon, I'm gonna finish knitting and let the insights come to me!
